Can I have a free taster session?
Yes, only if its your childs first time joining a funnclubb class, to do so, go to the booking page and book a free trial for your child.
Can I turn up and pay at the session?
Unfortunately not, we only take bookings online, doing this allows us to utilise our fantastic management system that enables us to check registers, be safe and organised, know medical information about each kid etc.
What should my child wear to a funnclubb session?
For all our classes, trainers/astros are suitable. tracksuits and joggers are also suitable, if the weather is cold please make sure your child wears a coat to stay warm. Our full funnclubb kit is coming soon.
Do sessions still run in the rain?
Yes, for the most part. however, if the grass is unplayable then the session will be called off. We’ll make you aware of this via the contact details you’ve given us.
What is the waiting list?
When all the relavant classes for your child is booked, we urge parents to join the waiting list for the class they want to join. this makes us aware of your child and allows us to put them through to the class register if another child cancels or we’d schedule a new class for your kid due to overcapacity.
Are sessions indoor or outdoor?
My child loved his trial, what do I do now?
Wait for an email (check your junk email) which allows you to book your child in for the rest of the term. you should receive this email within 48 hours of your child’s trial. If you haven’t received an email within 48 hours Email/call us
Is the funnclubb term time only?
Are all coaches qualified?
Yes, we employ FA Qualified coaches who are First Aid and Safeguarding Qualified. Some of our new assistant coaches that are being trained by us don’t have all the qualifications. All of our lead coaches however are qualified. Please email us to see certificates if interested.
What is your refund policy?
The Funnclubb DO NOT offer refunds for classes missed, rather, we offer “make-up” sessions if classes are;
Cancelled due to COVID-19 (the remaining classes of the term will automatically restart when safe to do so. Your child’s place is guaranteed if you had booked the term before cancellation)
Very dangerous weather (venue is unplayable e.g lightning, very heavy rain, waterlogged pitch, etc.)
The FunnClubb will inform you of the dates of the “make up” classes via the contact details you’ve provided us. If you feel you are owed a make-up class, please email, firstname.lastname@example.org with the date your class was cancelled and the name/age of your child.
