Our club works on a subscription basis for classes. Subscriptions payments are for classes during term time only. If you decide to enrol after your two trial classes, you will be charged on the 1st of every month.
Yes, if its your childs first time joining a funnclubb class, to do so, go to the booking page and book a free trial for your child. You’ll have 2 free trials for that class!
Unfortunately not, we only take bookings online, doing this allows us to utilise our fantastic management system that enables us to check registers, be safe and organised, know medical information about each kid etc.
For all of our classes, trainers/astros are suitable. tracksuits and joggers are also suitable, if the weather is cold please make sure your child wears a coat to stay warm.
Yes, for the most part. however, in extreme weather conditions we’ll call the session off and refund or reschedule the class. We’ll make you aware of the cancelled class via email 30 minutes before the class is due to begin, so please check your email when the weather is bad.
When all the relevant classes for your child is booked, we urge parents to join the waiting list for the class they want to join. this makes us aware of your child and allows us to put them through to the class register if another child cancels or we’d schedule a new class for your kid due to overcapacity.
Both, for some of our classes, we’re indoors during the colder terms. For our weekend sessions, we’re likely outdoors for the whole year, when you go to the booking page you should see the session location for your relevant class.
No. we run kids holiday camps, futsal, football and many more classes. That’s approximately 48 weeks in a year of funnnnnn.
Our classes are only during term time and run for 36 weeks of the year.
Yes, we employ FA Qualified coaches who are First Aid and Safeguarding Qualified. New assistant coaches that are being trained by us don’t have all the qualifications. All of our lead coaches however are qualified. Please email us to see certificates if interested.
The Funnclubb offer refunds to parents when we cancel classes. Classes are most likely to be cancelled due to very dangerous weather (venue is unplayable, heavy rain, lightning etc.). Parents will receive a full refund of the class minus Class4kids fees of 3.1%
In regards to subscription payments. Monthly membership cancellations must be received by the 15th of each & every month if you wish to cancel the scheduled payment for the following month. You can email us to request a cancellation of your subscription, and we’ll action this straight away.
Wait for an invitation email (check your junk email too) which allows you to book your child in the class and set up your subscription. You should receive this email within 48 hours of your child’s trial. If you haven’t received an email within 48 hours. Email or call us
